Dear Friends of Barranada,
It is with a very heavy heart that I am writing this note to you, and I apologize for the suddenness of the news: As of today, Barranada is no longer in business.
Gene and I bought Barranada in 2006 because we loved the quality and workmanship of the shirts. Along the way, many wonderful (and stylish!) friends were met. I so enjoyed introducing new collections every year, choosing fabrics and coming up with ideas for our classic shirts. However, the best part of owning Barranada was hearing from our customers and seeing you Wear the Brand, either in photos or in person at events. There have certainly been ups and downs, as with any small business these days, but we wouldn't trade it for anything.
My sincerest gratitude for your support over the past eight years, both personally and professionally. I and the Barranada team - including Janna, our wonderful, dedicated office manager - frequently noted that we have the BEST customers, and we will miss hearing from you so much.
If anything changes or if Barranada finds a new "home," we will send an email out to our customer list, and I'll also announce something on my personal Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
Thank you all again for a great eight years of Barranada!
